Together, we’ll identify the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical skills for managing stress, communicating your needs, and moving forward with greater clarity. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, capable, and authentically yourself. I offer in-person therapy in Glen Ellyn and virtual therapy throughout Illinois.

You can expect me to be warm, genuine, down-to-earth, and actively engaged in our work together. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or where to begin—we’ll figure that out together. My approach is collaborative: you bring expertise about your life, and I bring thoughtful questions, clinical perspective, and practical tools. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment while also helping you look honestly at the patterns, relationships, and experiences affecting you today. We’ll balance deeper insight with strategies you can use outside of therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first few sessions, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most difficult right now, and what you would like to be different. Together, we’ll develop clear, meaningful goals and identify a starting point that feels manageable. As therapy continues, we’ll explore the experiences and relationship patterns influencing how you think, feel, and respond. We may work on tools for anxiety, boundaries, communication, self-confidence, and healthier coping. We’ll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach as your needs and goals evolve. Our work will always be tailored to what you need.
