I greatly enjoy the individual and couple journey of therapy, particularly as they navigate the challenges we all face in life—whether it be depression, anxiety, or the infidelity of a partner. It’s during those times that self-care and treating ourselves with kindness are most important. I enjoy being a part of people’s journeys and helping them achieve their goals.
