Getting to know Jamie Lough

I find fulfillment in working with clients who have a history of trauma. Helping someone through the dark, painful, and broken parts of their life to assist them in finding their wholeness again, to have hope and confidence in themselves. Along with trauma I have been trained to work with clients who have depression, anxiety, and anger issues. I use an eclectic style of therapy and pull from several different modalities. One of my favorite quotes is from Alice In Wonderland "When you can't look on the bright side, I will sit with you in the dark." Therapy can be scary, hard, and painful and I will walk through that with you and hold the hope for you that things will be brighter on the other side.
