Hi!! Welcome! My name is Jamie. I received my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in California and have been practicing for 4 years. First, I want to acknowledge that you have taken the biggest and scariest first step toward your healing journey. I'm proud of you! I work from a person-centered approach that incorporates influences from attachment and psychoanalytic perspectives. I collaborate with clients to identify and enlist their internal strengths and resources to approach life's challenges. I have a background in healing various traumas through trauma-informed somatic therapy, inner child trauma work, OCD, mood disorders, couples work, and addictions. I have helped many clients gain the tools and guidance they needed to live a happier life for themselves.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
