During the free consultation, The client will be asked to share some basic demographic information. The client will be sent a packet of information which will included completing a insurance form. The therapist will then ask their billing company to give the therapist the co-payment and deductible information to share with the client.
If the client is paying out of pocket for the treatment, the rate is 225.00$ for the intake and 175.00$ for each session. The client can ask the therapist to see if they qualify for a sliding scale during this time.
