Getting to know Jamie Rhyne

My passion for mental health began during my time working with survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse. I spent several years as an advocate for survivors; while also leading a recovery group in my community. During the early years of my practice; I worked with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders; as well as co-occuring mental health concerns. I use cognitive behavioral therapy along with motivational interviewing. I believe we know ourselves better than anyone and can make lasting changes when we are the director. My role is to be a sounding board as you direct your treatment journey!
