Whether someone is asking for help during a tough moment or has realized it’s time to feel better, we understand that seeking and getting the right help can be hard. That is why my aim is to create a space where every client can move towards their goals. Life can feel especially heavy when you’re trying to stay grounded in your faith while facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, know that peace is possible, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. I work with individuals who want to navigate life’s challenges while holding fast to their Christian values. In our work together, we’ll explore your experiences in a safe, compassionate space where your faith is honored and integrated into the healing process. My approach is supportive and My approach You may know where these feelings started: a tough relationship, trauma, a difficult childhood. Or maybe the feelings seem to come from nowhere. No matter the reason, you are not broken; you are surviving. But it doesn’t have to be so hard. Together, you and I, will identify your challenges, goals, and real steps toward healing. I understand and appreciate that counseling can be challenging. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t incorporate humor and lightheartedness into the process. This approach can help clients uncover the joy and humor in their lives that their current struggles might obscure. My focus I am a Christian, and I can offer counseling from that perspective, but it’s not mandatory. I’ve worked with clients from different backgrounds and beliefs. The connection between the counselor and client is crucial in the counseling process. Counseling can be challenging, so feeling comfortable with your therapist is important. I have experience working to help men and women dealing with past traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, coping challenges, relationship issues, communication problems, anxiety, self-esteem, and more.
