I provide a wide array of therapeutic approaches that fits the need of every client. I specialize in Addictions, safety planning, problem solving, coaching, stress management, and behavior modification. I provide services on weekends and during the evening to accommodate persons and families with traditional work hours.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have a flexible goal -oriented, solution based style to treatment. I believe treatment should be grounded in the clients goals and have an end date. I use measurement based tools to measure outcomes and change. Also to inform the progress of treatment.
