My focus Struggling with anxious thoughts, uncertainty, and relationship challenges? I work with individuals and couples (in the Relational Life Therapy certification program), navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and relationships. Collaboratively, we’ll build coping skills and create plans for growth that feel empowering and achievable. My communication style I value being open, compassionate, and curious to create a supportive, caring, and safe environment. I empathically listen and reflect, and will hold space for you to explore your experiences. If we’re working through something emotionally challenging, you can count on me to model relational mindfulness. My journey to mental healthcare My therapy world began when I had to navigate my marital relationship crucible. I became curious about relational traumas and their impacts. I had to heal myself and developed a desire to help others heal. My work with trauma survivors, adults with psychosis, couples, and adolescents drives me to help others achieve enduring change. My goals for you I believe in a collaborative therapeutic approach. Together, we’ll set goals that you desire, be it moving towards healthy self-esteem, empowering your relationships, or healing parts of you. As you make advancement, we’ll collaborate on plans to maintain the gains.
