My goal is to help people. This is my passion. I use many techniques and modalities depending on the needs of the client at the time. I utilize the strengths and knowledge of the client to help them get to where they want to be. It’s a dance. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and 15 years of experience which has equipped me with the skills to support clients effectively on their journey.

I am easy and laid back and my ultimate goal it to get you where you want to be.

I believe the client is the expert on them and I let them lead with with guidance and help.
