What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.*Please note: If you are looking for ADHD care, I do not prescribe controlled medications like Adderall or Ritalin. However, we can support you with therapy and other medications commonly used in ADHD treatment, such as Strattera and Intuniv.*

Most relevant

Jan never showed up and didn't answer my message asking why and when she would be available. Later in the day I got a message that she wanted to reschedule with no explanation why she didn't show up for the appointment. This was my first appointment and was very frustrating waiting to no avail. This hurt my mental health.
