Jan Rodriguez, LMHC

Jan Rodriguez, LMHC

Psychotherapist
FL
I am a licensed mental health counselor with six years of experience who believes that healing begins with connection. My approach is grounded in authenticity and the cultivation of a genuine therapeutic relationship. I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating life transitions, experiencing emotional overwhelm, or seeking a deeper connection with themselves, others, or their purpose. Whether you're feeling stuck, burnt out, or simply ready for change. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strengths. My person-centered approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to support sustainable, meaningful growth. I see therapy not as a process of fixing, but as one of deep understanding, alignment, and empowerment. My style is direct but compassionate. The impact I aim to leave is more than symptom relief; it's about helping you build resilience, clarity, and confidence that lasts beyond our sessions. I hope that you leave each conversation feeling more grounded, more seen, and more capable of creating the life you want.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
