Getting to know Jan Rosenstein

Welcome to my friendly non judgmental practice with over 15 years of referrals from local pediatricians, primary care, hospitals, schools, and happy clients. The goal is to reduce anxiety, panic, depression and negative thoughts. Using a client centered approach we figure out what modalities are needed and how to reach the goal of feeling better.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm kind, friendly, compassionate and very intelligent with regards to my field. I have experienced childhood trauma myself and successfully received treatment. My goal is to provide children, teens and families with the multi modality resources to get feeling better.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Rapport building. Nothing happens if we do not like each other, understand each other, and built a trusting relationship. That takes some sessions. I like to hear exactly what happened in your life, what is going on now, and what you want to see change. Together we set your goals and I help you achieve them.
