Psychotherapist

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, safe, and not judged. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to offer a space where you can exhale, be honest, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. I hold an Ed.S. degree in Professional Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and have spent years working with individuals navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. I often support clients dealing with trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, infidelity recovery, dissociation, and seasons of overwhelm or burnout, as well as those who are neurodiverse (ADHD, autism, etc.). Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, curious, and practical. I draw from attachment-based and evidence-based modalities, blending insight with real-world tools you can actually use between sessions. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your nervous system — we focus on understanding patterns, building safety, and creating meaningful, sustainable change rather than rushing or forcing progress. I became a therapist because I deeply believe people are not “too much,” broken, or beyond hope — even when their stories are heavy. Healing happens when someone is met with consistency, compassion, and truth, and it’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves and their relationships. Outside of the therapy room, I value simplicity, honesty, and humor. I’m a parent, I appreciate meaningful conversations, and I believe growth can coexist with grace. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan — just a willingness to start. I’ll meet you there.
