I want to provide a place where you can feel safe, grounded, valued, and respected so that you can face with courage whatever blocks you from discovering your true and unique beauty. I would be honored to join you in this important and brave work, using my expertise and your honesty and commitment. A major part of my work is also helping couples find better mutual understanding and support. In counseling, I offer full acceptance, listen with deep empathy, and work with you to find resolution, helping you move from actions and thoughts that limit and harm you into ways that help you and your relationships flourish. We will also look deeper into how your early life experience harmed and limited you from your true heart and vibrant relationships. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. I have learned through years of pastoral counseling with singles, couples, and adolescents that the first step is the hardest and most important-the step of beginning the journey to healing by reaching out for help.
