What should a new client know about working with you?

Being that you want to feel heard, respected and understood, my approach to therapy is with strong listening skills and using quite a bit of learning to very possibly alter one's perspective...about yourself, others and circumstances.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A common goal in my therapy is for you to possess a stronger sense of self and be empowered to make your own choices, based on you, not necessarily what others think. To gain your life back where you are the captain of your fate is usually an outcome from my sessions!

Ongoing session: $125 for 60 minutes

Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork

I am credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Oscar (Optum), BCBS of Texas (HMO & PPO), BCBS of Mass., (Virtual), BCBS of New Jersey (Virtual). You will set up your Patient Portal by an email I send you. I will send in the claim and if there is any copay or deductible, you will be informed by email a few days before it is deducted from your credit card (in your Patient Portal). No money exchange between me and client...YAY!!
