Our brokenness may range from depression, anxiety, grief, bitterness, addictions, shame, mental and emotional anguish and instability and are brought on by different variables such as trauma and attempting to shoulder this weight alone. Together we will work on building trust as we embark on a journey of self discovery growing healing hope, developing self efficacy, and cultivating a wholly nurtured blossoming self. I will bring along many different tools and skills for us to use and help you master these gifts to use on your own as you grow in grace and confidence. Share your burdens, so we may learn how to cultivate a wholly nurtured blossoming self by practically developing self gratitude and appreciation and honor for your experiences. We are a connected community, so come and choose to impart wellness and healing that outreaches a legacy of empowerment onto your entire community as you become your best whole self.
