Getting to know Janel M. Rincon

Hello, my name is Janel Rincon. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor based in Florida. I specialize in providing psychotherapy to high-performing professionals who may be experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, work-life imbalance, grief and loss, or relationship challenges. Are you a physician, therapist, nurse, educator, accountant, social worker, law enforcement officer, or other professional managing significant responsibilities and stress? I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in high-demand roles—including business professionals—who are navigating complex life transitions such as marriage, divorce, advanced education, career changes, or the lingering effects of unresolved trauma. Psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for addressing issues that impact both your personal and professional life. With over 12 years of leadership experience in Fortune 500 corporations, and advanced expertise in clinical operations and case management, I bring a unique blend of corporate insight and clinical proficiency to my work. I aim to help clients reduce distressing symptoms, manage current stressors, and ultimately cultivate a more fulfilling and balanced life, both at work and at home.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session together, here's what you can expect During our initial session, we will explore key aspects of your background, including your personal and family medical history, previous behavioral health treatment, current medications, substance use history, trauma experiences, current symptoms, and the primary concerns that led you to seek therapy. This comprehensive assessment will help us develop a personalized treatment plan with clear, achievable goals tailored to your needs.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
