I use a solution-focused brief therapy approach combined with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) exposure therapy to address emotional pain and distress linked to negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions through positive affirmations and tapping interventions. It’s all about changing the narrative of your story! I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University.
