Hello, I'm Janell Supanich. As a dually licensed independent marriage and family therapist and licensed professional counselor, I bring a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to our work together. I earned my master's degree from the University of Akron and have had the privilege of working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where you can explore the unique qualities that make you who you are. I believe that by understanding these qualities, you can gain valuable perspective and insight into the challenges you're facing. In our sessions, I will work with you to uncover the root of your problems, helping you navigate through life's difficulties with greater clarity and confidence. I am trained in EMDR for trauma work and other distressing events, and I also utilize EFT in my practice. My specializations include anxiety, depression, family conflict, infidelity, marriage conflict, communication issues and developing effective coping skills. I understand that reaching out for help can be a daunting step, but know that you are not alone. Together, we can work towards healing and growth.
