Hello, I'm Janelle. I'm a compassionate helper who can assist you with getting closer to the life that you want. Are you struggling with dating or trying to make sense of a hard breakup? I love working with people and helping them feel stronger, more empowered, and live a life they feel excited about! I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, but I also incorporate other interventions tailored to who you are as a person. I think it is important to meet you where you are and support you on your journey to where you want to be. You will find yourself becoming more self-aware and working your way through issues that you used to find very challenging. I specialize in working with individuals facing developmental disabilities, family relationships, intimate and romantic relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, gender identity, and spirituality. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. When we work together, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and experiences.
