What should a new client know about working with you?

**Please note, I do not provide medication management or psychological testing. I specialize in couples counseling and mental health/ behavioral therapy for individual adults and teens.** My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen communication, and build the tools needed to create lasting change. Whether you’re looking to rekindle the spark in your relationship, become more united in your parenting, or work through these challenges individually, my goal is to help you move from feeling disconnected and overwhelmed to feeling confident, connected, and hopeful about the future. You don’t have to settle for simply getting through each day—I would be honored to help you build stronger relationships, both with the people you love and with yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Prior to our first Telehealth session, you will be emailed a questionnaire to fill out and then the first session is focused on gaining an understanding of your life and current struggles. After a few sessions we will work together to identify what you want to accomplish in therapy, what would help you the most to feel better, and then we'll focus on getting you there. Please note I offer online video sessions only and offer evening availability. If you’re ready to feel more at ease and connected, reach out!
