Hello, my name is Janet. My mission is to support others on their journey to leading a healthy, rewarding life to their fullest potential. Life gets complicated at times, and everyone can benefit from working with a therapist at one point or another. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master's degree in Social Work from Pennsylvania Western University and a bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst University. I have years of experience working with adults struggling with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction, and PTSD.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I aspire to help build a positive space where individuals feel comfortable and relaxed. I offer a nonjudgmental approach and believe in building a solid therapeutic relationship and a safe place for individuals to share their struggles.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
