She earned her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University and has been licensed since 1999, practicing in a variety of mental health programs for over 20 years. Ms. Stephen specializes in chemical dependency and recovery, families struggling with adolescent behavior problems, and depression and anxiety. She has extensive experience working with domestic violence, conflict resolution, issues related to blended families, and divorce recovery. Ms. Stephen utilizes eclectic therapeutic interventions to assist clients in making the desired changes in their lives.
