Janette helps clients to process their experiences, feelings and thoughts using mindfulness, cognitive restructuring and various body centered methods of anxiety and pain reduction. These techniques are designed to facilitate a shift in trauma’s hold on the body. Janette favors a holistic approach, including exploration of options for exercise, diet, health and lifestyle changes that may positively affect mood.
