*Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours of booking if you decide not to proceed.* As of December 5th, I am able to take urgent and emergent appointments in office (or by phone) on an as-needed basis, with 10 minutes' notice. Janice Footlik has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Special Education from Northeastern Illinois University. She also practices Distance Counseling (Online Counseling). She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (MA, LCPC, BC-TMH, NCC, NAFC, CDP, CCCJS) and a fully certified Chaplain with specialties in nursing home issues. Her specialties include transition planning for teens and adults, senior planning with continued support afterward, EPA's (employment assistance programs), learning disorders, and much more. Janice also holds the first certification in learning disabilities granted by the state of Illinois and specializes in brief counseling (6-10 sessions).
