We all face challenges, issues, or changes that can be both positive and negative, whether related to trauma, career or vocational concerns, or life transitions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, utilizing a cognitive behavioral, healing-centered, and trauma-focused lens, I work collaboratively with you through an empowering and mindful therapeutic process to build upon your strengths and support your emotional well-being. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, City University of New York. I have over ten years of diverse experience serving survivors of interpersonal crime and abuse, as well as in non-profit management and administration, including grant management, proposal writing, program deliverables, and budgeting. As an Asian-American, I have a particular interest in anti-racism and culturally inclusive work.
