Getting to know Janice Rose

What should a new client know about working with you?

From the first session we focus on thinking about how you want to feel at the end of our therapy together. What changes do you want to see in your life, what goals do you want to have accomplished, how do you want to treat yourself and how do you want others to treat you. It’s so important to talk about this so we can know when you are making changes and progressing in life as you want to, not the same life you are managing to keep functional. My goal is not to keep you in long therapy engagements. It is to support you, equip you with the tools you need to create the life you want, and being able to feel empowered to know how to do these on repeat as new life challenges surface. I hope you will walk away from sessions knowing you are completely capable of making the changes you need in life and giving you the tools you need to sustain those changes. I can’t wait to talk to you soon!
