Many people struggle with stress, depression, anxiety, grief, parenting dilemmas, relationship challenges, separation or divorce, trauma, self-esteem, or spiritual issues. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas and have helped many clients through teletherapy within the comfort of their own homes and offices. What should a new client know about working with you?

My counseling style is warm, authentic, and non-judgemental. I believe in treating everyone with respect. We can address current or unresolved issues from your past. I can also counsel from a Christian-based standpoint if preferred. My goal is to listen and empower you to walk in freedom from the obstacles keeping you from living your most fulfilled life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
