What should a new client know about working with you?

My counseling style is warm, honest, and empowering. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve communication, increase self-awareness, and develop emotional resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand that reaching out for therapy can sometimes feel intimidating. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable, collaborative, and judgment-free from the very first session. Whether you are processing past experiences, navigating relationship challenges, managing anxiety or depression, or simply looking for support through a difficult season of life, you do not have to face it alone. I am passionate about helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth.
