Psychotherapist
NY
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma-related concerns, relationship challenges, and recurring emotional patterns connected to past experiences. Whether you're feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with people-pleasing, perfectionism, boundaries, or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. I specialize in attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and inner child work to help you understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we’ll explore how early experiences and generational patterns may influence your life today while building self-compassion, emotional regulation skills, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, challenges, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I’ll work alongside you to better understand your story, identify patterns, build practical skills, and support you in creating meaningful change. You can expect a space where you are met with compassion, curiosity, and support as you work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and healthier relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first few sessions focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying the goals that are most important to you. We’ll explore your current challenges, personal experiences, relationships, and the strengths you already bring into the process. As therapy progresses, we’ll work together to identify patterns that may be impacting your emotional well-being and relationships. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment-focused interventions, and trauma-informed care, we’ll develop tools to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change. Throughout our work together, we’ll regularly check in on your goals and adjust our approach as your needs evolve.
