With over three decades of clinical experience and more than 25 years in private practice, I bring a compassionate, integrative approach to therapy that emphasizes balance, healing, and personal growth. I am licensed to practice in New York, Florida, and Delaware, and hold certifications as a Florida State Certified Clinical Social Work Supervisor, Board Certified Sex Therapist, and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
My work is grounded in a deep understanding of the human experience, often incorporating hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based practices to help clients navigate life's transitions, manage stress, and cultivate overall well-being. I provide clinical supervision to licensed social workers and interns, supporting the next generation of mental health professionals with insight, guidance, and ethical expertise.
As a board certified sex therapist, I also work with individuals and couples addressing the complex ways the aging process can affect intimacy, self-image, and connection. My goal is to help clients maintain fulfilling sexual and emotional relationships at every stage of life, fostering open dialogue and removing shame or stigma surrounding later-life sexuality.
