Psychotherapist

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to creating a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore life's challenges. I believe that every individual has the capacity for healing, growth, and resilience, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their unique journeys. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed practices. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build the confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to empower clients with tools they can continue using long after therapy ends. I have experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, family conflict, stress management, self-esteem challenges, and emotional regulation. I recognize that no two people experience life's struggles in the same way, which is why I tailor treatment to meet each client's unique needs, goals, and personal values. As an American Sign Language (ASL)-fluent therapist, I am passionate about providing accessible and culturally responsive mental health services to members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities. I strive to ensure every client feels heard, respected, and understood throughout the therapeutic process. I believe that healing happens through authentic connection, self-discovery, and learning to approach ourselves with curiosity and compassion. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season, working through unresolved experiences, or looking to strengthen your emotional well-being, I am committed to helping you build resilience, gain insight, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
