How will you know if you have found your counselor connection? I hope you are looking for a counselor who will have your best interests at heart, who is honest, who has strong personal integrity, who listens to your concerns, who works with you to find the solutions that are already inside you! I am looking for clients who sincerely desire to change the situation that has them stuck, who are honest, who can share and listen, and willing to search for and implement solutions that may work. Are you ready for the challenge? Janise Pries has served the El Paso community as a counselor since 1996. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and former Director of Guidance and Counseling for eleven years, she counsels online with clients throughout TX. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and her Master's in Education from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has served on state counseling boards and has trained over 150 counselors in the school or private practice settings. Her specialties include anxiety and depression, PTSD, bereavement (grief and loss), and relationships. She works primarily with children and adolescents, women and men, and military members and their families. Conducting her sessions in English, she offers 45-minute or 1-hour sessions every week or every other week during weekdays and on Saturdays.
