I am a Licensed Therapist in the state of Michigan with over 10 years of experience in Behavioral Health. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Wayne State University. I specialize in Trauma Focused Therapy, Attachment, Self-love and Confidence, Relationships, Shadow Work, and Personality Disorders. I also have extensive experience with Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD. I have helped many clients overcome the lasting effects of trauma and negative childhood experiences. I offer a unique approach to therapy that allows you to feel safe and validated. ESA support is also available!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My areas of training include Psychoanalysis, Trauma Focused Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy. DBT informed, Gottman Method, Somatic practices and CBT. It takes courage to seek a resolution and work toward a happier life. Starting Therapy can be a bit scary and I applaud you for taking the first steps towards change. Together we can work toward a healthier, happier you! I also assist with ESA if appropriate.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am a dedicated Therapist, allow me guide you on your journey towards healing and growth! My therapy style is warm, interactive and dialogue. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion; I meet my clients where they are and we start building from there.
