Psychotherapist

Therapy is all about meeting you where you are and tailoring the process to fit your unique needs. From the start, I encourage clients to voice their thoughts, ask questions, and help shape the direction of therapy in a way that feels right for them. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your life and goals. I work to create a safe and comfortable space where you can feel at ease. Therapy can feel intimidating, so building trust and rapport is important to me. The pace of our sessions will be guided by you, ensuring that the process feels natural and supportive every step of the way. While therapy is often associated with major life events, I believe it can be helpful for anyone. Whether you're looking to improve communication, boost confidence, or navigate life transitions, therapy is a powerful tool for growth and self-discovery. My approach to therapy is flexible and responsive to your needs. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University. With open communication and mutual respect, I focus on what matters most to you, working together to help you achieve your desired outcomes in a way that makes sense for your life. The provider is a “Licensed Professional Counselor" and their license number is 37PC00617900
