Do you feel on edge, stuck in your head, or like you can't fully connect with the people you care about? Maybe your chest tightens in conflict, or you shut down when things get too overwhelming. These are signs your nervous system is in overdrive-and it's not your fault. Through integrative somatic and creative therapies, I'll help you tune into your body, calm your system, and feel safer in yourself and your relationships. Therapy is a space where your story matters-and where healing can unfold through curiosity, creativity, and connection. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported-exactly as you are. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship struggles-often when things feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelming. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your story and reconnect with your sense of agency, meaning, and possibility. Together, we'll create space to explore what's been holding you back and gently move toward what feels more aligned and life-giving. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, which informs my integrative approach to therapy. You don't need to have it all figured out before starting therapy. You just need a safe place to begin-and someone who's curious about your experience, not just your symptoms. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be our full, messy, beautiful selves. If you're feeling ready to explore, I'm here to meet you with warmth, respect, and curiosity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I draw from narrative therapy, expressive arts, and somatic approaches to support healing through the body, imagination, and the stories we carry. We’ll explore how your nervous system shapes sense of safety, emotion, and connection—gently shifting protective patterns into deeper, more meaningful relationships. There was a time when I felt totally disconnected—from myself, from others, and from any sense of hope. After a decade of substance use and cutting myself off from the world, I slowly found my way back. What helped me most was getting back into my body—through dancing, making art, somatic therapy, and learning to listen to myself again. These are the same tools I now bring into my work with clients. Whether you're feeling hopeless, lonely, overwhelmed by racing thoughts, or struggling to connect with the people closest to you, I’m here to support your growth in a way that’s creative, embodied, and grounded in real-life experience. I’m an artist, a believer in community, and someone who knows we don’t heal in isolation. Our work will honor the systems you’re part of, the passions that light you up, and the connections that make life meaningful. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—let’s take the next step together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapy and bring creativity into the therapeutic process in ways that feel gentle, accessible, and tailored to you. Whether through art, movement, or imagination, creative work can help you express what’s hard to put into words, process emotions, and connect with your own innate ways of knowing, feeling, and making meaning. I offer these approaches in a way that feels low-pressure and accessible, meeting you wherever you are—if and when it feels right for you. Alongside expressive work, I use narrative therapy to explore the stories that have shaped how you see yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll look at where those stories come from, how they might be limiting you, and begin to reshape them in a way that honors your values, strengths, and sense of possibility. In both individual and couples work, I also pay close attention to the nervous system—how it impacts connection, emotion, and patterns of reactivity. I draw from attachment-based approaches like the Gottman Method and the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy to support more secure, attuned, and connected relationships. Whether you’re working through anxiety, disconnection, or old patterns that no longer serve you, we’ll move at your pace, gently shifting toward deeper understanding, safety, and meaningful change.
