Jaquelyn is committed to creating a safe therapeutic environment where her clients feel validated and empowered to create positive change. Before earning her Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, Jaquelyn completed a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Psychology from Wagner College. After a brief stint in Higher Education and Human Resources, she now leverages her experience to help guide individuals toward deeper self-awareness, authenticity, and personal growth.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Over the years, Jaquelyn has gained valuable experience working with a broad range of issues, including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, identity development, mindfulness, and navigating life transitions. Jaquelyn also specializes in adult ADHD treatment, combining research-based strategies with empathetic support to boost executive functioning.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Jaquelyn’s practice is rooted in the humanistic tradition- grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that you have the ability to create meaningful, lasting change, albeit sometimes with a little help. Taking an integrative approach, she draws upon the wisdom of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to best serve the individual needs of each person. Her focus is on equipping you with practical tools to challenge negative thought patterns and build emotional resilience.

I could not recommend Jaquelyn more! She is an incredible professional who helped me navigate the toughest 2 years of my life. She provided a safe space and helped me find the tools and strength in myself to take control and address my people pleasing tendencies. She is calm, patient, and supportive.

Jaquelyn is a wonderful, kind, caring, patient, creative, and empathetic therapist. When working with Jaquelyn, she utilizes evidence-based approaches while appreciating the humanness, strengths, and individual needs of each of her clients. Her approach allows for her clients to feel seen and heard as she creates a safe, comfortable, and collaborative space to navigate challenges and promote healing. Any individual, whether new to therapy or having experience being in therapy prior, would be lucky to work with Jaquelyn.

Jaquelyn is an incredible professional and I cannot recommend her enough. She supported me through the toughest 2 years of my life and created a safe space for me to work through challenges. She is patient, calm and caring and encourages you to take control of your life. She gave me the tools to address my people pleasing head on and find confidence in myself.
