I feel so open and comfortable with sharing my thoughts and feelings with Jarad. He is an amazing person and therapist.
Good first meeting, I felt that I was able to bring up most of the things that I would like to address during therapy.
This is really valuable for me. My therapist is asking me the questions that I need to work through at this time.

Jarad Ringer is an excellent caregiver/therapist and I am happy I selected him as my first Tava therapist.

Glad I met Jarad and excited to see what work we can do together.
Was an emotional week. Thank you for providing this service.
It's nice to be heard and understood. Thanks, Jarad!
jarad is the best!
I'll miss Jarad when he leaves Tava :(
I feel like I'm making good plans and progress
I love how gentle Jarad is about approaching certain subjects, even if I'm the one that brought it up, while also helping keep me on track. He remembers people in my life and things I've had going on/troubles I'm facing from visit to visit, and that's really reassuring that I'm being heard and understood. Thanks!
Even falling apart, crying, cracked voice and teary, Jarad held space for me to be and express, and that was wonderful. There was no expectation for me to collect myself before going on, he asked for clarification as needed but didn't require that I stop crying and speak clearly before going on, it was so kind and refreshing and needed. Thanks, Jarad.
I felt this get-to-know-you session was great. The conversation flowed well, Jarad was receptive and had good questions to keep the conversation on track, and I feel very heard and understood with him. I look forward to my next session.
Thank You
Jarad is always kindly supportive and encouraging but does allow me to work on my concerns and does push the hard questions and truly does want me to cope and succeed. I am forever thankful for his listening and advice.
I felt so heard and seen
Jared is always understanding about the unique challenges of the work I do and does not try to fit me into a box. I appreciate that he sees me as an individual.
Helping me move forward in my life
Amazing first session, couldn't have gone better!
