I am a master's level therapist with a Master's in School Counseling from Tennessee Tech University, independently licensed in two states: Ohio (LPCC) and Tennessee (LPC-MHSP). I have 12 years of counseling experience across many facets of behavioral health. I tailor your treatment plans to your current needs, offering tele-therapy sessions with flexible frequency options?weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly?discussed throughout the process. I understand that this journey can be difficult and strive to make it as easy and comfortable for you as possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have also worked with first responders, veterans, and correctional workers. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Clinical Trauma Counseling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want to meet you right where you are and help you get to where you want to be. I know this process can be difficult so whatever I can do to make it just a little easier is what I will do. Let's see if we can get there together.
