I use evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR, which are proven to effectively treat mental health issues and provide relief from unresolved issues or trauma. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor's degree from Weber State University, which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your healing journey.
