Hi there! My name is Jaron Cotton, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Boston University and over 5 years of experience in the field of mental health. While life is a blessing for us all, it can bring incredible challenges filled with stress that can seem impossible at times. My goal in therapy is to understand your goals and work together to help you achieve them. True growth comes from challenging ourselves to process, reflect, and adapt in a healthy way. Remember that asking for help and showing vulnerability is actually a sign of strength, never a weakness!
What should a new client know about working with you?
I believe in empathy, compassion and non-judgement during my work with others. Change comes from looking inward, but often we need someone to help us navigate this.
