My motto is Step up, Show up, and Change up! I am a strong believer that if you show up for yourself and do the work, you will yield positive results. As a graduate of Kean University with a Master's in Social Work, I am a product of this same motto and have seen many individuals I have worked with make significant changes in their lives. You have to be willing to take the steps through support, coaching, education, and utilizing all of the evidence-based tools to accomplish your goals. You are worth it!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically I have a 15 min conversation to find out whether I have the skills to fit your needs prior to scheduling for an intake.
