I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and encouraged to approach themselves with greater curiosity and self-compassion. My goal is to offer thoughtful guidance, honest reflection when needed, and a therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful growth and lasting change. Outside of therapy, you can find me cooking and baking, tending to my garden, or enjoying movement practices such as Pilates and restorative yoga.
