Getting to know Jasmine Franco

Often, we hide parts of ourselves that long to be seen and heard. Whether these parts developed as a means of survival or you're simply feeling stuck, my hope is that our work together helps you deepen your self-understanding, reconnect with yourself, recognize patterns, and build a life that feels more authentic. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where my goal is to deeply understand your world while helping you notice the parts of yourself that deserve compassion and gentle attention. I have extensive experience working with young adults navigating mood disorders, single parenting, and child and adolescent trauma. That said, I enjoy working with clients of all ages and am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking and baking, tending to my garden, jogging through my neighborhood, practicing restorative yoga, and spending time with loved ones.
