The provider is a Resident in Counseling. Nobody exists in a vacuum and although life can be isolating, you don’t have to do it alone! Times of frustration, stress and disconnection often leave you feeling at your wits end and left with more questions than answers. Like you, I’m human and have faced many struggles when “life starts to life”. While I believe everyone is doing their best, I honor and foster a desire for healthy change. My mission is to walk with you through personal traumas, life adjustments, mental health challenges, substance use disorders and a variety of other conditions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a diverse array of evidence-based approaches to draw on purpose, self-efficacy & provide a safe place to heal. We’ll collaborate to investigate root-causes, learn how to identify, and regulate emotions, cope with stressors, prevent crisis, and build skills to navigate challenges so you can enjoy life again.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is extremely rewarding and transformative. Whether your reason for pursuing therapy has to do with something you did or not, there’s always something you can do about it.
