Jasmine Harden is a native of Atlanta, Ga. She completed her undergraduate studies in psychology at Clark Atlanta University before pursuing her Masters in Community Counseling with Argosy University Atlanta. She has over 13 years experience of Mental Health Services, navigating the child welfare system, and prevention services throughout the state of GA in psychiatric and outpatient services. Her clinical trainings are focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has a passion for serving the underserved. Jasmine’s approach to the therapy is to treat the total person for optimum wellness. After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
