I work with clients ages 12-23 years old who are experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and school and behavioral struggles. My therapeutic approach is to lead with empathy to create a safe and non-judgmental space for healing and growth. My goal as a clinician is for my clients to feel empowered during their healing journey, leaving sessions with a toolkit of coping strategies to utilize. I graduated from the Ohio State University with a Master's degree in Social Work. Before moving to the PNW I practiced in Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker working with teens and young adults as a School-Based Therapist focused on removing mental health barriers impacting academic success. As a multicultural therapist, a priority of my practice is to serve clients from communities that are often underserved such as youth who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color. I'm currently seeing clients both in-person and via Telehealth.
