I believe the therapeutic alliance I have with my clients should be catered to their needs, whether it’s an unfiltered approach or a little more structure. I meet clients where they are, moving at a pace that feels safe and comfortable. My goal is to help you feel empowered and in control of your own story while processing difficult emotions and promoting self-awareness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a welcoming, warm, and collaborative space free of judgement. My clients feel seen, understood, empowered, and inspired through our work together. I help people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, career transitions, life transitions, and attachment/ relational concerns. My approach blends humanistic, psychodynamic, and family systems treatment modalities. Initially, we will start off discussing the client’s goals but these can be amended at any point as we work together. Sessions are reflective and client-led with an empathetic and genuine approach to maintaining a collaborative space.
