“Jasmine is the first therapist I've felt connected to and listened to by. She's amazing and is the reason I stuck to doing therapy. She's humorous, solution-oriented, open-minded, challenging, and does a great job of respecting me and listening to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing trauma therapy.”

Getting to know Jasmine Naccarato

You don't need to face the challenges of life alone. My goal is to help you embrace your unique strengths and find balance in all facets of your life. As a licensed professional counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Pennsylvania Western University, I have helped individuals work through a variety of experiences, including grief, trauma, life transitions, improved emotional regulation and coping, and more. I believe that everyone deserves a safe place to help them become the best version of themselves.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize an integrative and eclectic approach in my counseling sessions. No two people are the same, and neither is their treatment. Evidence-based approaches will be utilized in combination of talk therapy as we work together to figure out what works for you. I believe in focusing on getting to know the individual and helping them to feel more comfortable with me in treatment, both in our first few meetings and throughout our time together.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
