What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach to therapy is interactive, engaging, and collaborative. Therapy is very personal. Each session is tailored to you and your experiences while incorporating evidence-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to meet your unique needs.

I really appreciate Jasmine’s ability to help me process what I bring to session. I’ve had difficulty in the past with bridging insights from therapy into practical action steps, but Jasmine is skilled in remaining a stable anchor and redirecting the focus towards integration. Her questions help me gain deeper insight and come to resolution and clarity. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Jasmine is AMAZING! Seeking therapy was hard for me, and finding the right therapist was even HARDER.
After my like 5th consult with other therpist, I found Jasmine, and I'm SO glad I did.
She was welcoming, relatable very understanding, and honest. She answered ALL my questions and made me feel very comfortable going through the process.
It has been great working with her so far! 10/10 recommend!!

I have been looking for someone that I can feel comfortable with and Jasmine is great. I’ve only had three visits so far and I feel extremely comfortable with her.
